Principle o fIsobaric filling:
Generally refers to maintain a certain filling pressure in the filling tank first, when empty bottle get into the filling position, bottle mouth part will open the filling valve, and then filling valve will first to fill gas into bottle, when the air pressure inside the bottle is consistent with the pressure of filling tank, the liquid material will enter the bottle through the open filling valve under the action of gravity.
During the filling process, the gas in the bottle should be successfully exported back to the filling tank or air chamber. When the liquid level in the bottle reaches the specified liquid level, filling stops.
