Water treatment system description:
Reverse osmosis purification device USES the high pressure formed by high pressure pump to overcome the osmotic pressure. Different from the phenomenon that the pure water in nature penetrates from low concentration to high concentration, the reverse osmosis device can extract the pure water from the concentrated solution through semi-permeable membrane. Reverse osmosis filters remove suspended solids, large ions, bacteria, viruses, colloids, organics, and up to 98% soluble salts. It can be used for a variety of purposes, from basic water purification to separation and concentration of a variety of solutions for manufacturing or research applications. Reverse osmosis filtration is an advanced treatment method with low operating cost, high efficiency and small footprint.
Pretreatment system of Water treatment system:
1. Booster system: Raw water is pressurized so that it can enter the pretreatment system with constant pressure .
2. Silica sand filter: It is composed of stainless steel container and reverse wash valve, which is filled with quartz sand. Mainly remove granular impurities, fibers, suspended solids and colloids in the water. Under normal working conditions, the effluent SDI≤4 and turbidity ≤1NTU.
3. Active carbon filter: It is composed of stainless steel container and reverse wash valve, which is filled with high quality activated carbon of coconut shell water. Further remove residual chlorine, detergents and other organic matter, odor, heterochromia and carcinogen trichloromethane in the water, and adjust the taste.
4. Precision filter: The role of a precision filter is to trap particles greater than 5 particles of raw water to prevent them from entering the reverse osmosis system. After the particles are accelerated by the high-pressure pump, they may break through the reverse osmosis membrane assembly, resulting in a large amount of salt leakage, while cutting the impeller of the high-pressure pump, resulting in the damage of the high-pressure pump. The filter element in the filter is the imported replaceable cartridge filter rod. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is greater than the set value (usually 0.07~ 0.1mpa), it should be replaced.

Water treatment system composition:
It generally includes pretreatment system, reverse osmosis device, post-treatment system, cleaning system and electrical control system.
The pretreatment system generally includes raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision filter. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to meet the reverse osmosis inlet requirements. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should depend on the specific situation of raw water.
The reverse osmosis device mainly consists of multistage high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, membrane shell (pressure vessel) and bracket. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water, so that the water meet the use requirements.
