Reverse Osmosis system principle:
RO (Reverse Osmosis) is a membrane separation and filtration technology powered by pressure difference. It originated from the research of aerospace science and technology in the 1960s in the United States, and was gradually transformed into civil use. It has been widely used in scientific research, medicine, food, beverage, chemical industry, power, electronics, papermaking and other fields.
RO reverse osmosis membrane pore size is small to nanoscale (1 nm = 10 to 9 meters), under the certain pressure, H2O molecules can pass RO membrane, and the source of the inorganic salt in the water, heavy metal ions, organic matter, colloid, bacteria, viruses and other impurities through the RO membrane, so that can pass through water and not through the enrichment of water strictly separated.
Water trestment system description:
1. Original water tank: mainly solve the problem of unstable tap water pressure and reduce the mechanical failure caused by frequent startup of lifting pump or unstable tap water pressure during operation.
2. Quartz sand filter: tap water enters from the upper end of the tank and flows evenly from the upper end of the filter layer to the lower end through the upper distributor. Tap water is separated from the filter layer through the lower water distributor after passing through the filter layer to form the filtered water.
3. Activated carbon filter: the internal structure of activated carbon filter is exactly the same as that of quartz sand filter. After activated carbon adsorption, the residual chlorine in tap water can be generally reduced to less than 0.1mg/l.
4. Precision filter: the melting and spraying filter element of 5us is mainly used to remove fine particles and further create conditions for reverse osmosis water inlet.
5. High pressure pump: provides the necessary power for reverse osmosis operation.
6. Reverse osmosis system: reverse osmosis system is the core component of reverse osmosis pure water equipment. In the design of reverse osmosis, the number, brand and arrangement of membrane elements are mainly studied.
7. Pure water tank: used for storing pure water.

Water treatment system composition:
It generally includes pretreatment system, reverse osmosis device, post-treatment system, cleaning system and electrical control system.
The pretreatment system generally includes raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision filter. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to meet the reverse osmosis inlet requirements. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should depend on the specific situation of raw water.
The reverse osmosis device mainly consists of multistage high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, membrane shell (pressure vessel) and bracket. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water, so that the water meet the use requirements.
