This machine is the introduction of foreign advanced technology design andmanufacture of rinsing filling capping 3 in 1 monoblock machine. It can finish automatic bottle rinsing with water, automatic bottle filling with water, and automatic cap screwing.

1 Bottle rinsing

3 Capping Advanced cap-tightener structure: magnetic force is used in cap-tightener. Torque is adjusted in line with various caps, which is suitable for all kinds of plastic caps. Tooth profile device is used in choosing caps. Checking device is set at the bottom slide. We guarantee no inverse caps, and no bottle no caps.
