Soda bottling machine description:

Carbonated soft drinks are usually sweet, non-alcoholic effervescent drinks. The most famous examples of carbonated soft drinks are Coca-Cola, Mountain Dew, and Sprite. Besides, some soft drinks is carbonated water mixed with fruit juice and a small amount of natural sweetener, appeal to a more health-conscious crowd.

We offer a wide range of automatic csd filling machines in different capacity (2000 - 24000bph) to meet your needs. Carbonated drink 3-in-1 filling machine is also well suited for your production line. The three functions of bottle rinsing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine. The machine is used in filling carbonated beverage in bottles made of polyester and plastics.


Soda bottling machine features:


1. It is applicable for carbonated drink filled in plastic bottles and capped with plastic caps, with optional capacity from 1000BPH to 20000+BPH.
2. It is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine.

3. Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired.
4. The machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing.
5. It uses frequency changer to conrtol the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.
