Air release valve of AFC meet International standard AWWA C515 and EN1074-4.
Our air release valve has an outstanding feature that our air release valve has not only large air exhausting and large air intake under invacuum,but also one more function of small air releasing. As we all know , there is 2% air in water system,our air release valve does not stop small air venting untill all air in valve is totally released while the top seal arc is closed.
Our air valve is 100% full bore(inlet-outlet),simple components,bonnet and valve body , float,seal arc, guide barrel etc,most of them can be recycled-evironmental. Single valve chamber,unlike many connected bodies are easy to break up during transportation. All internal accessories are of AISI 304SS, hardness and quality are test.
There is a seal gasket in the valve above big float and it helps orifice make better sealing effect. With rubber seal gasket above float, it can absorb water hammar to avoid crash with seal arc and valve body and protect air valve from hurting.
Anti-shock accessories is available.
