TPBC series self-cleaning filter (TPBC Filter for short), is the high efficiency brushing self-cleaning filter, removing impurities particles on the filter element surface by mechanical brushing and continuously filtering on-line. TPBC filter is designed for fine and accurate filtration ranging from 20-500 micron. It can avoids extruding and breaking the impurities and is capable of the filtration for water and viscous liquid.

Products are widely used in water treatment, paper-making, petroleum, bio-pharmaceuticals, printing ink, grease, food and beverage, etc.

Pressure difference control: With the impurities increasing on the mesh screen, filter cake is gradually forming, which increase the pressure difference between inlet and outlet, when pressure reach the set value(such as 0.05Mpa), the brush will automatically start to clean the screen, and 5 seconds later the sewage discharge valve will be open.

Time control: When the preset time is reached, the brush will automatically start to clean the screen, and the sewage is discharged under the control of sewage time interval system.

Under double-mode control of pressure difference and time, no matter which mode start to work at first, once start, it will recount time again, which will prevent scraper from meaningless work, reduce machine wearing and extend the service life of screen and brush, but also help form filter cake and increase the filter efficiency.
