--- Introduction---

The plastic bottle filling mchine , It adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control, and has the advantages of accurate filling, advanced structure, stable operation, low noise, large adjustment range and fast filling speed.

The digital adjustment and measurement in the man-machine interface, and the required measurement of 3L -10L can be set, the touch screen can be completed, all parts of the machine and the contact parts of the material are made of high quality stainless steel, the surface is polished, and the appearance is beautiful and does not pollute the environment.

This machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt, It holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process.

This machine is used to fill carbonated drink into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.

This machine integrated three function:

1. Rinse the empty pet bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled bottles

--- Inside Details Introduction---

Washing Part

Main shaft turned 180degree under gear wheel. Let bottle’s mouth face to land, jetting water into bottle, after a few seconds, the main shaft will be back, than finishing the washing.

Filling Part

Washing finished bottle is conveyed into filling position , cylinder push and hold the plate which can hitch bottles , the time lasting of filling can be adjusted .

Capping machine

The working is intermission when running. There are six positions for capping, and have 1 capping head, can automatically cappin.
