Function :
(1) The water fillling machine has three functions for bottle rinser, filler and capper, which is composed in one body of the machine . The whole process is full automatic.

(2)Adopting air conveyor system with high efficient filters to feed bottle, this can keep the inside of the filling machine clean

With bottle neck holding in the whole course and protect bottle block device.

1.Washing station
The bottle is blew into the shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reach the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.

2.Filling station

The filling part is manly is consisting of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.

3.Capping station

The capping part is consisting of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.

1.Machine realizes continuous rinser, filler, and capper in one machine. It is suitable for pure water, mineral water and drinking water.

2. It adopts advanced pressure filling with fast and precise filling. Material recirculating system is equipped to avoid contacting with material, second pollution and oxidation.

3. We adopt magnetic torque capping head,which is high efficiency and low reject ration.

4. No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Once the caps are lack, the machine will stop automatically.
