Description:

The mineral water 3 in 1 bottle machine can carry out washing bottle, filling and capping one machine. The whole machine designing is reasonable. The appearance is beautiful and the maintenance is convenient. It adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and easier. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The key electric elements are adopting international famous products. The mineral water 3 in 1 bottle machine applies bottle handling technical and the filling valves go up-down when filling, which make sure the bottle filling goes stable, reliable during high speed. The bottle handling technical also make the different bottle changing easily without changing too many accessories.

rinser part

This mineral water 3 in 1 bottle machine uses new generation stainless steel spring washing clips and the clips do not contact the upside of bottle screw avoiding the second pollution. It can both clear the inside and the outside of the bottle.

Filler parts

The mineral water 3 in 1 bottle machine applies bottle handling technical and the filling valves go up-down when filling, which make sure the bottle filling goes stable, reliable during high speed. The advanced normal pressure filling principle was applied. Filling is quick, and stable. Not contacting with the liquid avoids second pollution and oxidation.

Capper parts

This mineral water 3 in 1 bottle machine applies magnetic force screw type sealing, realizing auto grasping cap, sealing. The sealing cap force can be adjusted.

Air conveyor:

To provide containers conveyance between the separate technological processes like bottle blow-moulding, depalletizing, rinsing, filling, closing, labeling, group-packing and palletizing. Air conveyors is used for transportation of PET and HDPE bottles. The bottle air conveyor line sustains on the land, the air blower is installed on the top of air bottle conveyor line. The bottle neck will be locked by the bottle holder plate in the air bottle conveyor line, and conveyed to filling machine by air blow.
