Description
Automatic Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Machine is mainly use for aerated water filling and carbonated beverage filling. The three functions of bottle washing, filing and capping are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic.

Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Machine is widely used in filing Cola, Soda and so on carbonated drinks in bottles made of polyester, glass and plastics. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill carious types of bottles. The filling operation is faster and more stable because of the new isotonic pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted.

1. The body and all pipes are made of stainless steel 304.

2. The parts of door and frame are all made of stainless steel 304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation.

3. The red emergency stop button is more secure.

4. The electric box is inside the filling machine, saving the factory space.

5. An external air box is additionally provided, which is convenient for observing the air volume outside and more neat.

6. The air fan is equipped with a filter screen to filter air impurities first.

4) Automatic Cap Elevator
There is a detector switch in the cap sorter, when the cap is not enough, when the detector on the cap sorter get a signal of lacking-cap, the cap elevator starts. The caps in the tank fall into the air by the function of the vibration motor and then pass though the air conveyor of the cap to the cap sorter. It can change the size of the tank inlet by the flashboard; this can adjust the speed of cap falling.
