Washing part:

Most spare parts, such as the gripper and bottleneck holder, are made of stainless steel 304. By comparing with traditional rubber gripper, the food grade 304 stainless steel is much more hygiene, durable, and safer. The transmission parts and some other parts, such as the down framework, are made of high polymer material.

Filling part:

The pressure mechanical valve is introduced by the advanced foreign design with a fast filling speed. There is no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole valve is made of 304 stainless steel.

Capping part:

Eight capping heads are applied in model CGFA 32-32-8. The capping machine can cap different kinds of bottles, it is reliable and easy to be operated. It is widely used in wines, food, drinks, medicine, chemicals, reagents, pesticides and automatic packing etc.
