Semi-Automatic PET bottle blowing machine, bottle making machine, bottle moulding machine, PET bottle making machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle etc.

1.Semi automatic running with theoretical output:
80-100BPH for 5 gallon bottle.(Bottle weight 680-750 gram)
160-220BPH for 10L-20L bottle.(Bottle weight 150-300 gram)
2.Advanced PLC control system with use-friendly touch screen.
3.Simple installation & start up operation.
4.Adopting double crank to adjust mould ,heavy locking mould, stable and fast.
5.Preforms are rotating in the heater to ensure being heated evenly.
6.Equipped with inner heating system,give equilibrium temperature for inside and surface of the perform,suitable for produce thick wall bottle.
7.Equipped with air cooling system ensure the bottle neck not deform.
8.Equipped with special designed air storage unit.
9.The machine surface is treated with baking varnish.

Auxiliary Equipment

1. Air Compressor : Compress air,used for blowing bottle and blower action. ( Pressure 3.0Mpa )
2. Air Tank : Store high pressure air.
3. Air Filter : Including 1 set T-class filter (1um) and 1 set A-class filter (0.01um). Cleaning oil and dust.
4. Air Dryer : Cooling and dry air,improve bottle quality,prolong phnuematic parts life.
5. Chiller : Cooling mould,make the machine suitable to working 24 hour per day.
