Wilo Yonos PICO-ZD Commercial Building Hot Water Circulation Pump

Quick switch to energy-saving hot water circulation for residential and commercial buildings.

The Wilo-Yonos PICO-ZD is the ideal replacement pump when switching to energy-saving circulators for domestic hot water applications in residential and commercial buildings. The high-efficiency twin-head pump enables the use of all control modes in both single and parallel operation. Its stainless steel housing and the internal bypass circulation prevent Legionella growth. The Wilo-Connector enables quick electrical installation. New, equivalent pump variants with the continuous control mode “n-cst” for correct pump curve selection make replacing a Wilo-Star-ZD very easy. With the automatic and manual restart and the pump venting function, the Wilo-Yonos PICO-ZD offers all the standard functions required for reliable operation.

Twin-head pump function

  • Main/standby mode (automatic fault-actuated switchover/time-dependent pump cycling). If the twin-head pump is to be operated in main/standby operation, the control mode and the delivery head or speed stage must be set so they are identical.
  • Parallel operation (efficiency-optimised peak load activation and deactivation). If the twin-head pump is to be operated in parallel/peak-load operation, the control mode and the delivery head or speed stage must be set so they are identical.
  • An additional switchgear is required for switching the pumps, e.g. in the event of a fault.
