Product Overview: It is suitable for district heating and industrial heating, and is a universal standard pump for transporting hot media. It adopts standardized dimensions, a combination of various motors, impellers, and mechanical seals. The heat-resistant and pressure-resistant structure is reliable. It is designed for continuous operation and features low life cycle cost and high overall efficiency. Energy consumption can be further reduced through the Wilo-EFC. Wilo also provides services from commissioning to maintenance and a comprehensive service package to ensure operational reliability.
> Universally usable thanks to standardised dimensions, a range of motor options and impellers as well as mechanical seals adapted to the type of fluid
> High reliability through heat-resistant ductile cast-iron casing, large-volume sealing chamber and pressure resistant flange (PN 25)
> High overall efficiency through improved hydraulics with MEI > 0.4; the use of IE3/IE4 motors enables high energy savings
> Self-cooling mechanical seal instead of additional cooling systems allows for an easy installation
> User-friendly spacer coupling in back pull-out design for easy maintenance
> Self-cooling technology instead of a cooling system with additional water consumption provides high sustainability
> Optional: Wilo-EFC for easy operation and further energy savings
High overall efficiency and high energy savings by using an IE3/IE4 motor
Energy and material savings as a result of self-cooling technology instead of a cooling system with additional water consumption
Recyclability and durability of material composition, e.g. cast iron
Single-stage, low-pressure centrifugal pump with axial suction, mounted on a baseplate. Standard version with spacer coupling.
> Hot-water heating systems
> Cooling and chilled water circulation systems
> District heating loops up to 200 °C
> Industrial water cycles up to 200 °C
> Industrial heat transfer oil circuit systems up to 350 °C
Single-stage low-pressure centrifugal pump in a norm pump design with coupling, coupling guard, motor and baseplate. The pump is sealed with a mechanical seal.
