Pump housing:

With the help of wilo professional design software, the precise design of intake shape and corresponding blade geometry shape leads to higher hydraulic efficiency and lower NPSHr value.

Through the finite element stress analysis, the bearing boundary is checked and the service life is prolonged.

High lift pump adopts double volute design, which can balance radial force effectively, improve the stability of pump operation and the service life of pump bearing.

Flange:

According to GB standard, it can also be customized according to ANSI, JIS and other standards.

Wear ring:

Replaceable wear ring, protect pump body from wear. Through precise calculation and design of wear-resistant ring, the pump is always running efficiently and the operation cost is reduced.

Shaft:

The overall dimension and stiffness of the shaft are calculated by rigorous stress to adapt to complex operating conditions.

The material of the shaft is 20cr13, which adopts fine grinding process and ultrasonic nondestructive testing.

Small bearing span and thickened shaft design, good rigidity and small deflection, effectively reduce vibration and noise, and prolong the service life of rotor parts on shaft

Shaft seal:

Pump has a variety of mechanical seals and packing seals to choose to meet the requirement of various applications.

The shaft seal self flushing pipeline ensures the flushing and cooling of the shaft seal mating surface.

Bearing:

Standard SKF heavy-duty maintenance free rolling bearing, grease lubrication, optional thin oil lubrication, suitable for all kinds of harsh conditions, design life of more than 50000 hours.

Split casing pump are of relatively simple construction,the casing being split along the pump axis.

The suction and delivery branches of the pump are cast integral with bottom half casing,which also incorporate the mounting feet.

To prevent the pumped liquid from the delivery side of the impeller the pump casing is designed with fine running clearances around the impeller eye.These fine running clearances are essential for the satisfactory performance of the pump and their periodic restoration is necessary.Running clearance is provided between neck rings and impeller neck.

Neck rings are renewable to allow this fine clearance to be restored periodically as wear takes place.

Before the pumps are brought into service,either on initial commissioning or on re-commissioning after overhaul,the pipe work associated with the pumps must be flushed through.This will clear deposits or scales which may have accumulated in the pipes,and which could damage the internal components of the pumps.

Fill and vent the system correctly.Brief dry running will damage the pump.Please also note that these pumps are not self-priming,which means that the impeller&casing must always be fully filled with fluid to be handled before putting in operation.

Do not operate the pump away from specified operating range.Operating beyond duty point may not pose a risk to the operator but will reduce the efficiency of the pump or damage the pump itself.Operation more than 5 minutes,at close valve condition is not recommended.For hot liquids this is not recommended at all.Ensure that always site NPSH-A is more than NPSH-R.

Guards for moving parts(e.g. coupling)must not be removed from the machine while in operation.Use suitalbe personnel protective equipment to protect hands,eyes and so on.
