Handwheel Operated Flange Type Rubber Seated Water Gate Valve

1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Rubber seated gate valves, in ductile iron GGG40 or GGG50 with flat body and EPDM covered wedge, are suitable for drinking water applications, being coated with epoxy powder painting, not toxic.Gate valve is suitable for a wide range of pressure, temperature and diameter, especially for medium and large diameter pipeline, and is not subject to fluid corrosion sealing surface between relatively small, not easy to abrasion, mostly used in low, medium and high-pressure medium and large diameter.

2. FEATURES

· Full bore design

· The inner cavity is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used for drinking water and sewage system.

· Valve stem with three O ring seal, small friction resistance, light switch, no water leakage.

· Low operating torque

· Every valve be 100% tested and qualified before packing and delivery
