2. WORKING PRINCIPLE

When the working valve of the pump supplies water to the downstream, the solenoid pilot valve is fully opened, the needle valve is adjusted to an appropriate opening, the upstream water enters the main valve control room through the needle valve and the one-way valve, and flows out through the solenoid pilot valve. At this time, the main valve control room The pressure keeps the main valve at the proper opening and maintains normal water downstream.
When the water pump stops working, the solenoid pilot valve closes first, the main valve control room stops draining water, the pressure in the control room rises, and the main valve starts to close. When it is closed to 90%, the upper travel switch of the main valve outputs a pump stop signal, and the pump stops running. At this time, the downstream return water enters the main valve control room through the one-way valve, the pressure in the control room rises, and the main valve is closed.
