Flanged concentric butterfly valve is one type of central lined flanged type butterfly valve, which is the most common type of butterfly valve. Rubber lined butterfly valve is with the central disc and bonded liner. It is featured with a higher strength body and better pressure resistance as safely factor. Prosper Flow can manufacture the double flanged type rubber lined butterfly valve according to AWWA C504 and EN593 with flanged ends of ANSI B16.5, DIN 2501, BS 4504, GB 17241.6, JIS10K, etc.

· Separate bushings provide correct alignment of the shaft through the body and reduces operating torque.
· Stem is fully retained by pins to the valve disc to form a blowout proof valve design.
· The stem is sealed by two separate o-rings and an integral seal in the seat to ensure absolutely no external leakage for the life of the valve.
· The replaceable resilient seat surface extends past the valve face to eliminate the need for gaskets on flanged installations. Installation time is greatly reduced by this feature.
· The reduced torque allows the use of smaller, wider variety, and more economical actuators while still covering the close-off requirements.
