Double Eccentric butterfly valve

Flanged double butterfly valve is one type of long pattern butterfly valve. It is one type of high performance butterfly valve, which is with eccentric action reduces torque and seat contact during operation, extending valve service life. Its seat can be repaired on site, no needing dis-assembly. The double flanged eccentric butterfly valve is suitable for 90° on-off operation and regulation service. The double eccentric butterfly valve long time face to face is according to EN558-1 series 14. Prosper Flow manufacture the EN558-1 double flanged butterfly valve according to the standard of EN593-2004 with sizes of 4”~48” (DN100~1200mm).

· Double Eccentric structure ensures low operating torques with zero leakage performance.
· Inner and outer surfaces of the valve are coated with average 250 microns thickness of fusion bonded epoxy.
· Higher thicknesses are available upon request.
· Low moments are obtained by decreasing the friction through self-lubricating bushings.
· Can bear high stretching stresses on the pipeline through the ductile iron body and disc
· High impact resistance.
· Reduces the pressure loss through the disc designed in accordance with the direction of flow
