DN50-DN300 PN10/PN16 Ductile Iron Ball Check Valve
1. PRODUCT PROFILE
A Ball Check Valve is a resilient seated ball check valve with a sinking ball* to prevent back flow and allowing flow passage with minimum friction loss. The full-ported valve seat is uniquely designed allowing the ball to seat leak-tight without getting wedge into the valve seat. For vacuum or anti-flooding valve application, a "floating" rather than "sinking" ball is used. Due to its simple flow efficient and virtually maintenance-free design the valve is commonly specified and used in submersible wastewater lift stations.Prosper Flow can design and manufacture the ball type check valve according to DIN F6 with sizes of 2”~12” (DN50~DN300mm).

A ball check valve has an internal conically tapered shape for the sealing seat and a ball. ... It forces the ball off of the sealing seat and allows media to flow through. When there is back pressure, it moves the ball back to the seat seal (assisted by the spring if designed with one).
