Application Methods:
1 | Prepare a sample of effluent, adjust the PH value to 8-10, very important. |
Prepare color removal solution, mix with 40-50 times water to have 2-2.5% solution for use. | |
2 | Get PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3 content. |
3 | Prepare Anionic Polyelectrolyte solution with 0.1%. |
4 | Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
5 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
6 | Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is a suggestion) |
7 | Sedimentation |
9 | Check color for treated effluent and check the dosage. |
