  1. Blufloc is cationic polyacrylamide, with a high molecular weight and medium charge density; it is used for municipal water treatment and sludge dewatering.

Application and Solution Making :

  1. It is recommended to disperse and dissolve Blufloc dry CPAM flocculants in a concentration of 0.1-0.5%. Dissolution should take 1 hour with agitation but will be faster in warm water. However, the water temperature should not exceed 50 C.

  2. Dewatering using belt filters, centrifuges, and screw presses - increased production, cake solids, and solids capture.

  3. Clarification improves the quality of influent, process, and effluent water by reducing suspended solids and turbidity.

  4. Flotation with dissolved air - results in cleaner supernatants, increased floating solids, and greater throughput.

  5. Improve the quality and throughput of filtered water.

  6. This product is suitable for treating domestic sewage and organic wastewater, such as that generated by ethyl alcohol, paper manufacturing, Ajinomoto factories, sugaring, foraging, printing, and dyeing textiles. Water treatment for municipal sewage, sludge sediment, and food processing wastewater.
