Application Fields:
Competitive Advantage:
1 | The liquid form makes it easy to use. |
2 | It can be used alone or in combination with inorganic coagulants, such as Poly Aluminum Chloride. |
3 | Can be used to treat color wastewater from the textile, dyestuff, and paper industries. |
4 | Used as a retention agent in the paper & pulp processing |
5 | Faster sedimentation, better flocculation. |
6 | Non-pollution (no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions, etc.). Noncorrosive of suggested dosage, economical, and effective at low levels. |
7 | Can eliminate the use of alum & further ferric salts when used as primary coagulants. |
8 | Less sludge is produced than other inorganic coagulants. |
Application Methods:
1 | Make solution as 0.5-1.0% concentration. |
2 | Suggested to blend with poly aluminium chloride, or aluminum chlorohydrate to get better performance. |
3 | The dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the different source water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs cannot be broken. |
4 | It is better to dose the product continuously. |
