Competitive Advantage:
1 | High performance treating high-coloring effluent from textile dyeing mills, pigment mills, printing ink and paper mils. |
2 | As flocculant to de-color high-colority effluent from dyestuffs processing plants. |
3 | Stronger decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%). |
4 | Can ben used as retention agent in the paper & pulp processing |
5 | Faster sedimentation, better flocculation. |
6 | Non-pollution (no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions etc.). |
7 | It can be used before or after biological treatment. |
8 | Less sludge produced than other inorganic coagulants. |
Application Methods:
1 | Before use, to make BWD-01 with fresh water 40-50times, to have 2-2.5% concentration solution. |
2 | Make PAC solution with 2-5% Al2O3 content. |
3 | Make solution of Anionic flocculant with 0.1% concentration. |
4 | It is very important, to adjust the effluent pH value to 8-10, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well. |
5 | Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
6 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
7 | Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is suggestion) |
8 | Sedimentation |
9 | Check color for treated effluent |
10 | Adjust dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more test to have better testing result. |
