Anti-Foaming Agent for White Water & Fiber Processing is a specialized additive designed to control foam in paper recycling and fiber treatment processes. It enhances water recirculation, improves drainage, boosts processing efficiency, and prevents foam-related disruptions in papermaking operations.
Product Introduction:
BLU IJA is a highly effective high-carbon alcohol polyether ester defoamer, specifically developed for the foaming characteristics in the papermaking sizing process. This product offers stable performance and ease of use, maintaining long-lasting defoaming and anti-foaming effects at low concentrations. It also has broad-spectrum applicability and is not affected by temperature variations, making it highly beneficial for improving production efficiency and ensuring the safe operation of paper machines.
Application:
BLU IJA is widely used in white water treatment, paper pulp, surface sizing agents, fiber processing, rosin glue, and AKD emulsions. Due to its excellent compatibility, it can be directly added to sizing agents, providing greater convenience in production and application.
Usage Instructions:
- For papermaking applications: The defoamer can be added to the white water system under the wire using a metering pump, with a dosage of 0.1-0.5 KG per ton of paper.
- For sizing agent production: A recommended dosage of 0.3-0.5‰ is suggested. The product has good fluidity and should not be diluted. The final usage amount depends on the formulation process of the sizing agent.
Packaging & Storage:
BLU IJA is available in 200KG plastic drums or IBC totes. Store in a cool, dry indoor environment at room temperature. The product remains effective for up to two years under proper storage conditions.
