CD·Jin integrated wastewater treatment reactor is a new generation of integrated wastewater treatment reactor with high efficiency, energy saving and economical area for domestic sewage, hospital sewage and industrial sewage treatment.
Process flow
The sewage is led to the septic tank through the sewage collection pipe for treatment, and then enters the grid tank to remove and increase garbage and sundry materials, etc., and then enters the regulating tank. After the water quality and quantity of the regulating tank are balanced, the sewage is pumped into the CD·JIN integrated wastewater treatment reactor through lifting pump.
The functional area of the integrated reactor for sewage treatment is a longitudinal ring structure. The sewage enters the primary zone through the lifting pump, and is effectively contacted through the water distribution system. After the treatment in the primary zone, the sewage rises into the secondary zone of the outer ring, which is equipped with a ring aeration biochemical system. The sludge and water are separated by a combination of physics and chemistry. The sludge in the third-level zone is continuously circulated to the first-level zone. Meanwhile, the flow rate control diffuser in the third-level zone can return part of the sewage to the first-level zone, and part of the sludge and water are separated. CD·Jin uses the three-way flow of upward flow in the outer ring, gravity flow in the inner ring and horizontal circulation, which can produce full mixing effect and ensure microbial activity. After the water is discharged from the third level area, it enters the main engine for further treatment. The main engine is equipped with contact disinfection area, equipment room and automatic control system, which is convenient for equipment maintenance and emergency treatment.
