Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment Description

Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment series adops "A2O+secondary sedimentation tank +chemical dephosphorization",A series of product based on the traditional process,with stable effluent Reached the"Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant"GB18918-2002-level A emission standard.

Working Principle

Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment adopts A2O + secondary sedimentation tank + chemical phosphorus removal / regular sludge removal process,The first section of the anaerobic tank flows into the raw sewage and the phosphorus-containing sludge that flows back from the secondary sedimentation tank simultaneously. The main function of this tank is to release phosphorus, increase the concentration of P in the sewage, and absorb dissolved organic matter by microbial cells. The BOD5 concentration in the sewage decreased, and the NH3-N was partially removed due to the synthesis of cells, so that the NH3-N concentration in the sewage decreased, but the NO3-N content did not change. In anoxic ponds, denitrifying bacteria use organic matter in sewage as a carbon source. A large amount of NO3-N and NO2-N are brought into the reflux mixture and reduced to N2 and released to the air, so the concentration of BOD5 decreases, the concentration of NO3-N decreases greatly, and the change of phosphorus is small.
