Automatic 5 Gallon Water Bottle Filling Line Pure Water Filling Machine 300BPH

This machine is specially designed to fill the purified water, distilled water ,mineral water and other bacteria free liquid. The equipment is applied with 5 gallon bottles(bottles of 1,2,3,4 and 6 gallon can also be applied, but the sample bottle shall be provided).As the equipment integrates the processes of RO water treatment equipment, bottle washing, cap mounting, cap pressing and finished produce delivering, it is the ideal choice of water plants.

Process flow

Raw water → raw water tank → booster pump → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → water softener (see water quality options) → PP security filter → high pressure pump → RO reverse osmosis system → ultraviolet sterilizer → finished water → finished water tank ←Ozone Mixer←Ozone Machine
