The output voltage range of excitation regulator is 0 ~ 90V. When the rated excitation voltage of the exciter is greater than 90V, it needs to be customized.

Two, the working environment

1, the altitude does not exceed 3000 meters; For more than 3,000 meters, corresponding measures should be taken in accordance with relevant standards.

2, suitable for ambient air temperature of -15 ℃ ~ +50℃.

3, the relative humidity of the air: the monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month in the use place is 90%, and the monthly average minimum temperature of the month is not higher than +35℃.

4, the use of clean environment, no explosion risk, and the surrounding air without corrosive metal and destroy insulation gas and conductive dust, no violent vibration environment.

3.1, technical characteristics

1. Full digital, intelligent design, the main functions are realized by software, with the digital setting of the running value.

3.2, the main function

1. There are three adjustment modes of constant voltage, constant power factor and constant control Angle.

2. With excitation, excitation reduction, magnetic control contact, with automation system to achieve automatic control.

3.V/F limit function: the voltage is automatically set when starting up, and the frequency is reduced when stopping. When the frequency is lower than 40HZ, the "low frequency" light is on; When the frequency is lower than 35HZ, the magnetic field is automatically turned off (the "magnetic field off" light is on) to prevent low-frequency overcurrent.

4. After excitation, the power grid voltage can be automatically tracked to speed up the grid-connection process.

5. After grid connection, it can automatically switch the "constant power factor" operation to reduce the workload of operators.

6. Overload limit: When the generator current is greater than the overload setting value, the reactive power will be automatically reduced.

7. High frequency magnetic out: When the generator frequency is greater than the set value, the magnetic out automatically.

8. Load rejection overvoltage protection: when tripping or generator overvoltage, the voltage is automatically given as 95% rated voltage.

9. Host computer RS485 communication interface. (MODBUS protocol) (optional).
