XY-1B manufactural drilling machine portable engineering coring drilling rig

XY-1B drill rig is high-speed vertical-shaft light drill for engineering exploration, and it has been widely applied to the geo-exploration of industry, civil building, railway, bridge, hydropower engineering, etc.

Features:

  1. 1. It is characterized by high rotation speed and it is applicable to core drilling with small-caliber diamond drill bit.
  2. 2. Its hoist adopts a combination of friction cone and planetary gear, with advanced structure. It is suitable for percussive drilling.
  3. 3. Hydraulic feeding, easy to operate and high drilling efficiency.
  4. 4. Its structure is compact, and the pump is mounted on the drill bottom frame, which occupies a smaller area.
  5. 5. The rotary table adopts a T-shape groove angle changing range; therefore the drill rig is capable of drilling with various inclinations.
  6. 6. No exposure of bevel gear for the case opening, which enables the accuracy and reliability of the falling-in of gears, free from any pollution and with a long service life.
