Introduction of Helium Leak Detector
Helium Leak Detector
Helium leak detector is a mass spectrometer leak detector that uses helium as a leak detection gas and detects helium with a gas analyzer. Helium has a low background noise, small molecular weight and viscosity coefficient, so it is easy to pass through the leakage hole and diffuse easily; in addition, helium is an inert gas and does not corrode the equipment, so helium is often used as a leak detection gas. This gas will be sprayed to the gas analyzer on the container to be detected, if the container has a leakage hole, the analyzer will be alarmed, so that we can know where the leakage hole and the size of the leakage.
