190-800nm DAD Detector Equipped High Performance Liquid Chromatography Instrument of Trace Components Analysis
Description of Liquid Chromatography Instrument
High-pressure liquid chromatography or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is known as a specialized technique in which columns as well as liquid chromatography are used in the separation, characterization, amount and investigation of the active moieties existing in the mixture. When compared to other traditional techniques, HPLC has significantly improved performance. The expansion of HPLC has evolved from conventional column chromatography and its performance (efficiency, resolution), which was enhanced using a stationary phase composed of spherical particles of a diameter range of 2µm to 5µm. Therefore, owing to the small particles, the head pressure forces the solvent or mobile liquid to pass through the column at high pressure. That’s why it is known as high-pressure liquid chromatography. HPLC technique is applied for the separation of not only volatile compounds but also ionic species, polymeric materials, labile natural products, and macromolecules as well as high molecular weight functional groups

Performance of Liquid Chromatography Instrument
1. Two optional modes: binary high pressure and quaternary low pressure. The binary high pressure mode is equipped with a solvent selector valve, which can be extended from binary to quaternary system, greatly improving the flexibility of system configuration.
2. Wavelength scaning: the absorption spectrum can be scanned in the entire range of the light source.
3. A variety of detectors available, such as DAD, ELSD and FLD.
4. Dual-wavelength detection, two wavelengths canbe detected at the same time.
