Description of Air Prefiltration
WECHANGE Glass Fiber Membrane Pleated Cartridge Filters are constructed with borosilicate glass fiber membranes and excellent PP support materials. Glass fiber pleated cartridges provide high and consistent filtration efficiency with a wide filtration rating range.
Glass fiber pleated cartridge filters have large surface filtering area, long service life, low initial pressure and wide chemical compatibility. So they are widely used in high-purity liquid filtration processing.

The glass fiber filter cores are mainly made of glass fibers, and the filter elements are usually designed in a cylindrical shape with a multi-layered structure internally. Each layer consists of tightly packed glass fibers. This multi-layered structure helps to enhance the filtration efficiency, reduce the filtration resistance, and at the same time, increase the filtration area, thereby improving the processing capacity.
