BST106-M10[CK] Weighing Controller

For: Auto Checkweigher Sorting Control

1.Optional Application Mode: Rejecting Mode [Low/Normal/High] and Weight Sorting Mode with 3-18 Sorting Areas

2. Optional Control Modes for Feeding /Checking/Sorting Conveyors: DO Switch Control Mode, PWM Speed Regulation Mode and AO[0-10V] Speed Regulation Mode.

Main Funtion:

  • Manual Screen-locking/Screen-unlocking, Auto Screen-locking, Digital Setting&Calibration and I/O Testing functions available.
  • Zero Upon Power Up, Zero Auto-tracking, Manual/Auto Zero and Zero Calibration available.
  • Static Calibration and Dynamic Compensation functions available.
  • Definable DI funtion of ‘Weight-checking Photo-electric Identification’ for identifying the unchecked product entering the weigher.
  • Optional Weight-checking Mode: Dynamic Mode and Static Mode.
  • Optional 3-18 Sorting Areas with Batch Counting, Weight Totalizing and DO outputs.
  • 100 Recipes for weight-checking&sorting control.
  • The Batch Records can be printed automatically.
  • The Totalizing Reports and Recipes can be queried and printed.
  • With the multitasking mode, the weighing&control process will not be interrupted by parameter setting and the other operations.
