Brief information-Single girder construction crane

Single girder construction crane is composed of girder weld by steel plate and I-steel,end girder,electric hoist and travelling mechanism. The electric hoist runs along the lower flange of the I-steel of the girder to accomplish article hoisting. It features light structure and easy installationand maintenance,and is widely used for different places for hoisting such as factories,warehouses,and material yards. It is prohibited to use in the environment with inflammable,explosive and corrosive media. The span is 7.5m-22.5m.The classification group is A3,and the operating ambient temperature is -25C-40C degree.

It has three operation modes:ground handle,wireless remote control and cab,The cab has two types:open cab and closed cab.

1.Main girder:it is processed by medium-frequency quenching technology,and this will increase the intensity and strength of the steel. And also the metal painting specializes in shot-blasting technology,this can protect your color and the color can be customized as your requirement.

2.End beam:Single beam motor crane work as long travelling mechanism,and it combines with beam,wheel,motor,reducer,brake and other parts. The steel plate adopts shot blasing and high quality painting,High quality raw material. the end beam is connection with bearing beam.

3.Electric hoist:Can be divided into two main kinds,CD1 and MD1 ,CD1 provides normal speed,it is usually used common materials. And the MD1 can achieve two speeds,the normal speed and low speed. The low speed can meet your precise working demands.

4.Motors:It is used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting,reversing&braking in accordance with ISO9001:2000 ISO14001:2004. Motors are totally enclosed in dust proof construction foot/flange mounted TESC/TEFC.
