This machine is a special machine for welding steel mesh.The welding electrode is fixed on the cylinder. The welding action of the electrode is controlled by the cylinder.The welding pressure is high and the welding is firm, especially for the welding of cold-rolled ribbed reinforcement. The machine belongs to CNC control wire mesh welding machine.The visual touch screen is just like a computer,easy to operate.

1. The machine can weld many kinds of wire.The material can be galvanized wire,black iron wire,ribbed bar.

2. The transformer is made of pure copper core and fully enclosed. The welding is firm, the welding slag is not easy to enter, and the service life is long.

3. The weft wire spacing can be input in the control system without manual adjustment and easy operation.

4. The welding electrode and welding transformer of the machine are equipped with cooling system, which can ensure the continuous and stable operation of the machine in high temperature environment and prolong the service life of accessories.

5. The warp wire is sent to the welding position by automatic warp wire sending deivce which controlled by servo motor.
