1. Auto feeding line wire system: Warp wires are automatically clamped by SMC air cylinders, no need to adjust for different wire diameters.

2. Weft wire feeding system: There is one motor& hardened reducer that feeds a bulk of wires to the insider feeder continuously. It can bear max.1 T wires.

3. Mesh Pulling device: The up&down of the pulling a hook is controlled by SMC (Japan) air cylinders, and Panasonic (Japan) servo motor 2kw&planetary reducer to control mesh pulling, high precision, big power.

Reinforcing Mesh Welded Machine Details

1. Wire Decoiler: It can bear about 1 ton materials.There is no need for frequent feeding.

2. Warp wire buffer storage frame: After straightening, the warp wire enters the buffer storage rack, and then enters the main welding machine for welding. The warp wire is wound in the form of ring on the buffer storage frame, and then plays a buffer role in the feeding process, reducing the dynamic impact on the main welding machine and the drawing servo motor, ensuring the normal and uniform feeding of the warp wire and the normal operation of the machine at the fastest speed.

3. Weft wire storage bin:The weft wire storage bin can store 1Ton weft wire.It is controlled by motor and reducer.The storage can feed a bulk of wire for the wire hooper under the storage continuously.

4. Automatic Mesh falling device: After being cutting,the panels will fall onto the platform.When the mesh panel falls to a certain number, it will move forward as a whole, saving labor and convenient for workers to pack.
