1. Both the warp and weft wire are straightening and cutting in advance. So the surface of the reinforcing mesh is very flat.

2. The warp wire is manually placed on the automatic feeding device, which sends the warp line to the welding position.

3. The weft wire is put into the storage bin. The storage bin can store about 1 ton wire.The weft wire is automatically dropped by the wire hopper.

4. The mesh pulling car is equipped with servo motor to pull the finish reinforcing mesh.The servo motor has uniform speed,so the mesh has small diagonal error.
