Description:

Cold Drawn Seamless Steel Tube, also known as Precision Steel Tube for Cylinder System, is manufactured through a precise cold drawing process, ensuring high precision and consistent wall thickness. Ideal for applications requiring high mechanical strength and durability.

Main material: E235,E355

Other aviliable material: 10#,20#,45#,16Mn, ST30Al,ST35, ST37,ST37.4,ST45,ST52,ST52.4,E155,E195,E255, etc

Conditions

 1. BK (+C) No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
2. BKW (+LC) After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing)
3. BKS (+SR) After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
4. GBK (+A) After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
5. NBK (+N)

After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation

point in a controlled atmosphere.

Advantage:

1. Smaller outer diameters;

2. High precision can be done in small batch production;

3. Cold drawing finished products with high precision and good surface quality.

4. The transverse area of the steel tube is more complicated;

5. Steel pipe performance is superior, metal is more dense.
