Products Description

Mil Defensive barrier/ bastion is a wall that has the ability to resist explosive shock waves and they can limit the destructive effect of the explosion to a certain range. Compared with the reinforced concrete hesco bastion, it has the advantages of light weight, easy loading and unloading, recyclable and reusable. Hesco bastion uses the perfect combination of welded gabion wire and Geotextile, used as a temporary to semi-permanent levee or blast wall against explosions or small-arms.

Defensive barriers are also known as Blast Wall Barrier, Defensive Bastion, etc. It is a prefabricated multi-cellular system made
of Golfan/hot-dip galvanized welded gabion, lined with non-woven geotextiles.It can be filled with sand,earth, cement, stones and
are widely used in fortifications and flood control.

Defensive barriers is a modern welded Gabion primarily used for flood control and defensive fortifications.

It is made of a collapsible wire mesh container and heavy duty fabric liner, and used as a temporary to semi-permanent levee or blast wall.
It has seen considerable use in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Product Process
1. Material: Low Carbon Steel Wire, Q 195 or Q 235
2. Raw Material Treatment: Straight Wire by Machine
3. Welding: form to welded wire mesh panel
4. Spiral Wire: use machine make straight wire into Spiral Wire to connect mesh panel
5. Assemble Mesh Panel into Gabion Box
6. Cut Geotextile Cloth into suitable size to fit for gabion box
7. Fix geotextile cloth on the gabion box with nails.
8. Make package with wooden pallet
9. Loading containers into container by wooden pallet.
