Product Overview


Silicon nitride ceramics have high strength, especially high-purity silicon nitride, which is one of the hardest substances in the world.
Very strong corrosion resistance, can be used in strong acids and alkalis, soluble in hydrofluoric acid but does not react with other organic acids.

Silicon nitride ceramics have excellent comprehensive performance:
1. Very strong corrosion resistance, in addition to concentrated HF, it can be used in other strong acids and alkalis.
2. High temperature resistance, when it can withstand 1200℃ in an oxidizing atmosphere, it can withstand a maximum of 1500℃ in a reducing atmosphere.
3. Non-magnetic, electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity, can be used for insulating materials.
