Welding positioner normally composed by worktable slewing mechanism and turnover mechanism, which let the work piece that fixed on the worktable in the desired welding or fitting angle by worktable's lifting, turnover and slewing. And the worktable's slewing is frequency inverter stepless speed regulation to achieve the satisfactory welding speed.
The welding positioner series are side tipping type, head and tail rotation type, head and tail lifting rotation type, head and tail inclined type and double rotation type, etc.
It's can match with welding manipulator to form into automatic special welding machine, and it's also match with robot peripheral equipment and robot to realize welding automation. HBJ12 TYPE WELDING POSITIONER IS MAINLY COMPOSED OF WORKTABLE ROTATION AND TILTING UNIT. BY MEANS OF WORKTABLE TITING AND ROTATION, WORK-PIECE FIXED ON THE WORKTABLE CAN BE PLACED TO IDEAL POSITION FOR WELDING AND ASSEMBLY. THE TURNING DEVICE IS MAINLY USED TO DRIVE ROTARY MOVEMENT OF WORKPIECE DONE BY AC MOTOR TO DRIVE WORM REDUCER. THE OUTPUT PINION OF WORM GEAR REDUCER IS MESHE WITH THE SLEWING BEARING TO ROTATE. THE SLEWING BEARING ASSOCIATED WITH THE WORKTABLE TO BRING ALONG WORKTABLE ROTATION. SPEED OF WORKTABLE ROTATION IS CONTROLLED BY INVERTER, ATTAINING SATISFACTORY WELDING SPEED. IT IS OPTIONALLY EQUIPPED WITH FOOTSWITCH TO CONTROL THE ROTATION DIRECTION OF WORKTABLE. THE TILTING OF THE POSITIONER USES A MOTOR TO DRIVE TWIN-STAGE WORM REDUCER WHOSE OUTPUT PINION MESHING WITH SECTOR GEAR TO ACHIEVE. THE PINION WHICH DRIVES THE SECTOR GEAR IS FITTED ON THE LONG SHAFT. FLEXIBLE DRIVE CAN RESIST THE MOMENT FIBRILLATION OR OVER-LOAD, IN ORDER TO PROTECT MOTOR AND REDUCER INJURY FROM THE IMPACT LOAD. THE ELECTRIC CONTROL SYSTEM CONSISTS OF THE ELECTRIC CONTROL BOX AND REMOTE CONTROL PENDENT. THE MAINLY ELECTRIC ORGANS ARE FROM SIEMENS WHICH ARE RELIABLE PERFORMANCE. THE INVERTER USES YASKAWA SYSTEM, WHICH HAS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF LOW-NOISE, HIGH-PRECISION DIGITAL DISPLAY, OVERALL STABILITY OF HIGHT ANTI-JAMMING CAPABILITY.
