At present, the self - made bearing precision is stable at P4 level, and some reach P2. level. High - precision machine tools are developed or modified by themselves, achieving an accuracy requirement of 1μm.
3) Zhenkang's production workshop, each station is using a large amount of dust - free paper. Every time the worker uses dust - free paper, the parts and tooling are wiped clean before the clamping process is performed to ensure each part of the reducer. All are μm - class precision. Under this precision requirement, any dust and iron filings that are invisible to the naked eye will affect the accuracy of the parts and the whole machine.
4) In the testing room, a variety of testing equipment and parts are arranged neatly, and each part or machine corresponds to at least one test report.
Each part undergoes rigorous testing before entering the next process, and each machine undergoes rigorous testing before it leaves the factory.
It is not difficult to achieve a precision of 1μm. It is difficult to achieve 1μm at any position of 360 degrees. Only precision, stiffness, noise, backlash, transmission efficiency, temperature rise... all meet the standard is a qualified reducer. ZKRV is such a qualified RV reducer.
