The reducer is also equipped with a set of large internal angle bearings to achieve greater load capacity and reduce the need for external support equipment-thereby reducing design time and installation costs.
RV-C hollow shaft is also available in right-angle configuration to enhance the ability to save more space.
1. The integrated angular bearing increases the rigidity of the reducer and realizes the ability of the precision reducer to support larger external loads. Therefore, the need for external support equipment is reduced, the number of parts required is reduced, the reliability is increased, and the total cost is reduced.
2. The 100% continuous meshing design of the cycloidal gear and the needle teeth can achieve a larger impact load capacity and a smaller backlash, because the force is evenly distributed to the entire reducer gear.
3. The patented two-stage deceleration mechanism reduces vibration because the two cycloid gears rotate at a lower speed, and the reduced input shaft size reduces the inertia. Various reduction ratios can be obtained by simply changing the combination of spur gears in the first stage.
4. The use of rolling contact parts in the reducer is beneficial to achieve excellent starting efficiency; reduce wear, obtain longer service life and reduce backlash.

Most of the global market share is occupied by Japanese companies: Nabtesco's RV reducer accounts for about 60%, and Harmonica's harmonic reducer accounts for about 15%.
It is worth mentioning that it took 6-7 years for Nabtesco Corporation in Japan to propose the RV design in the early 1980s to the RV reducer research in 1986, and it took 6-7 years; and our company was the first company in China to produce results.
