The use and maintenance of the precision cycloid gear RV reducer is an important link to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when you install the precision cycloid gear RV reducer, please strictly follow the following installation sequence and carefully assemble it.

Step 1: Before installation, confirm whether the motor and the reducer are intact, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the connecting parts of the drive motor and the reducer match. This refers to the size and matching tolerance between the positioning boss and shaft diameter of the drive motor flange and the positioning groove and aperture of the reducer flange; the dirt and burrs on the mating surface are wiped and treated.

When inserting, it must be ensured that the concentricity of the two is the same and that the flanges on both sides are parallel. If the degree of concentricity is inconsistent or the two flanges are not parallel, the cause must be investigated. In addition, during installation, hammering is strictly prohibited, which can prevent excessive axial force or radial force from damaging the bearings of the two bearings, and judge whether the two are matched properly by the assembly feel. The method of judging the concentricity of the two and the parallelism of the flanges is: after the two are inserted into each other, the flanges of the two are basically tight and the gap is the same.

Step 4: In order to ensure that the two flanges are connected evenly, first screw the fastening screws of the drive motor arbitrarily, but do not tighten them; then gradually tighten the four fastening screws according to the diagonal position; then tighten the reducer Hold the screw in the input end hole.
