2200lbs Tilt / Turn Pipe Welding Positioners With Hand Control Box
Small Pipe Welding Positioners Brife Info
1. We manufacture a complete line of gear driven positioners which maximize both safety and production.
2. Our positioners enable better weld seam accessibility creating increased deposition rates.
3. Even less experienced operators can safely use our units while concentrating on welding functions.
4. The boxed section design takes up minimal floor space and allows unrestricted movement throughout the work area.
5. Many safety features have been incorporated into the structural, mechanical and electrical components of these positioners to ensure safe, productive operation.
6. A large selection of optional equipment includes: back-lash control, variable speed tilt, and optional tables.
Tilt And Rotatry Pipe Welding Positioners Description
1. The pipe welding positioners worktable could be rotating 360°and tilting 90°to allow work piece to be welded at the best position.
2. Variable Frequency control (VFD) speed by rotating and motor-driven speed regulation by tilting from which customers can choose in line with operational requirements.
3. Can help for all types of manual welding and auto-welding.
4. Controlled by step-less frequency conversion.
5. If work piece is longer or irregular shape, larger specification is more suitable due to eccentricity and gravity center.

HOW TO SELECT A GEAR DRIVEN POSITIONER TO BEST MEET YOUR NEEDS
1. Before you proceed the order, pls discuss with our sales together.
2. We will design the positioner according to your work piece weight.
Tilt Torque Load
1. To find your weldments' Tilt Torque Load, add the Inherent Overhang (Inches) to the distance (Inches) the weldments' CG is from the table top surface.
2. This is measured perpendicular to the table top surface. then multiply this total distance in Inches by the weight of the weldment.
3. Do not exceed the maximum load torque shown in the "tilt" column on next page.
Rotation Torque Load
1. To find your weldments' Rotation Torque Load, multiply the weldment weight in Pounds by the distance in inches that Center-of-Gravity (CG) will be from the center of the table.
2. This measurement is taken parallel to the table surface. Do not exceed the maximum load torque shown in the "rotation" column.
How About Swing Clearance
1. When selecting a positioner, don't forget to leave clearance to swing the work above the floor when the table is in the full tilt position.
2. This is a common error in specifying positioners. For excessive work-pieces, aronson positioners are available with manually adjustable bases, or powered Elevating bases which adjust the table height for larger work.
3. Fixed-base machines also can be elevated by using a riser or sub-base.
