Motorized Conventional Welding Rotator Steel Wheel Bogie Traveling

Brief introduction of conventional welding rotator:

• Purpose: Used to hold and rotate circular job by required speed for welding, polishing or painting;
• Structure: Center distance of roller is adjustable by reserved bolt screw; motorized bogie for the rotator traveling;

Conventional welding rotator feature:

1. The welding rotator series include the self-aligned, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the anti-drift types.
2. Conventional welding rotator can adjust the center distance by reserved screw holes or lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
3. Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
4. According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: PU roller, steel wheels, steel and plastic combination wheel; it can joint control with other equipments.
5. The roller is mainly used for the welding,polish rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical roller shell, but also can assembly and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
