Front End Side Assembly Machine For Horizontal H Beam Production Line , Suitable Web Height 1.5m

Brief Introduce:

H-beam assembly machine can realize the web and flange assembly by automatic CO2 tack welding.

Web and flange centering and clamping units fix the beam first, and then the PLC controlled CO2 welders weld the beam.

Main machine is driven by A.C. inverter, stable and reliable.

Upper press-beam is guided through left and right four rails, ensuring steady clamping of long time use.

Performance feature:

Assembly machine can transport the qualified plate to needed place, and assembly it in to H shape, and under the same beam size to do fine adjustable between web and flange, so that can ensure the accuracy tack welding on the beam.

All the actions of assembly machine are realized by buttons which are on the hydraulic operation table.
