Description

Permanent Packer, applicable for offshore highly deviated well

The HPP series permanent packers are large bore casing annulus packers used for the production well. The packer is set when pressurized, and is connected with the tubing by anchor seal device. The packer is particularly applicable for the offshore highly deviated well and for the condition of high pressure differential.

Features

  • Material selection for the elastomer: Nitrile, HNBR and Aflas.
  • Material selection for the body: AISI4140, 9Cr1Mo, 13Cr, S13Cr and Inconel.
  • Setting pressure is 2500psi.
  • Working pressure is 5000psi～10000psi.
  • Mating milling pup joint is available if required by the clients.
  • All types of threads are available.
